MSPA PROVIDES ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERSHIP, AND WORKS TO PROMOTE LEGISLATION THAT WILL IMPROVE THE FIELD AND LIVES OF CHILDREN.
