DISSEMINATION OF PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE INDUSTRY THROUGH AN ONLINE MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY, REFERRALS, NUMEROUS PRACTICE DOCUMENTS, ETHICS CONSULTATIONS, COLLEAGUE ASSISTANCE, LEGAL COUNCIL AND PROFESSIONAL AFFAIRS OFFICE.
MONITORING OF PERTINENT LEGISLATIVE ACTIONS AND DEVELOPMENTS WITH CORRESPONDING EDUCATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP. SUCH LEGISLATION IS REVIEWED WITH THE GUIDELINES OF HOW IT RELATES TO THE PROFESSION, HOW IT IMPACTS THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND, AND THE PERTINENT RESEARCH FINDINGS IN PSYCHOLOGICAL LITERATURE.
