TRAINING OF MEMBERS CONCERNING THEIR JOB, BENEFITS, RESPONSIBILITIES, UNION CONTRACTS, GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES, AND OTHER RELEVANT MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH EMPLOYMENT.
PUBLICATION AND MAILING OF A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER TO EVERY MEMBER, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE METHODS USED BY RURAL LETTER CARRIERS AND TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE WORK CONDITIONS.
