PUBLICATION AND MAILING OF A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER TO EVERY MEMBER, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE METHODS USED BY RURAL LETTER CARRIERS AND TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE WORK CONDITIONS.


STATE AND NATIONAL CONVENTIONS ARE CONDUCTED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH INFORMATION DESIGNED TO IMPROVE METHODS USED BY CARRIERS AND TO PROMOTE A FRATERNITY SPIRIT AMONG MEMBERS.
