EDUCATION, TRAINING, & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE SCIENCE OF FIRE INVESTIGATION. TRAINING CLASSES CONSISTING OF 19 CORE CURRICULUM AND ADDITIONAL SPECIALITY CLASSES OFFERED IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL FOR THE FIRE INVESTIGATOR STUDENT AND PROFESSIONAL. NEARLY 90 CLASSES WERE HELD LAST YEAR WITH MORE THAN 3,700 MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE.
PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FIRE SCIENCE INVESTIGATION INFORMATION THROUGH THE FIRE & ARSON INVESTIGATOR JOURNAL. OVER 10,000 ISSUES ARE DISTRIBUTED ANNUALLY TO CURRENT MEMBERS, COLLEGES, VISITORS TO THE OFFICE, AND A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION.
