THE ANNUAL MEETING, REGIONAL MEETINGS, AND ONLINE TRAININGS PROVIDE A FORUM FOR INDIVIDUALS TO BE EDUCATED IN THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROFESSION. THE MARCH ANNUAL MEETING WAS HELD VIRTUALLY WITH 1,226 REGISTRANTS. IN ADDITION FOUR REGIONAL MEETING WERE HELD VIRTUALLY WITH 312 ATTENDEES. 22 WEBINARS WERE HELD WITH 167 ATTENDEES.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES AND PARTNERING FORUMS OFFER AN ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT SPECIFIC TOPICS RELEVANT TO THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROFESSION. IN 2021, AUTM HELD SEVEN VIRTUAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSES WITH A TOTAL OF 598 PARTICIPANTS. APPROXIMATELY 227 MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS ATTENDED THE PARTNERING FORUMS.
