RESIDENTIAL SERVICES-OPERATES RESIDENCES FOR THE HANDICAPPED WHO ARE CAPABLE OF LIVING AND FUNCTIONING IN THE COMMUNITY. SUCH PERSONS ARE PROVIDED A HOME AND SUPERVISION. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 95 INDIVIDUALS.
DAY HABILITATION SERVICES - PROGRAM OPERATED TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC AND CARE SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDE DAILY LIVING, SELF-CARE, RECREATION TRAINING AND HABILIATION FOR MENTALLY AND PHYSCIALLY HANDICAPPED. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 95 INDIVIDUALS.
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES-PROGRAM OPERATED FOR MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN RANGING IN AGE FROM 0-5. THIS PROGRAM SERVED 64 INDIVIDUALS.
