SERVICES - THE CLUB OFFERS MANY SERVICES, INCLUDING AN ADULT DAY CENTER, CASE MANAGEMENT, SUPPORTIVE HOME CARE, AND TRANSPORTATION. THESE SERVICES FOSTER A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND PROLONG SELF-SUFFICIENCY.COLONIAL CLUB DELIVERED 3,006 HOURS OF DIRECT SERVICE TO CASE MANAGED CLIENTS & 10,364 HOURS OF DIRECT CARE TO CLIENTS IN THE ADULT DAY CENTER.
NUTRITION PROGRAM - THE NUTRITION PROGRAM SERVES A NUTRITIOUS NOON MEAL TO ANYONE AGE 60 OR OLDER AT MEAL SITES OR BY HOME DELIVERY. COLONIAL CLUB DELIVERED 35,756 MEALS TO 369 OLDER ADULTS IN SEVEN DIFFERENT MUNICIPALITIES AS DANE COUNTY'S SECOND LARGEST CATERER TO SENIORS. COLONIAL CLUB ENSURED THAT SENIORS THROUGHOUT NORTHEAST DANE COUNTY HAD NUTRITIOUS HOT MEALS.
PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES - THE CLUB OFFERS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT ENHANCE THE QUALIFY OF LIFE OF SENIORS.
