WIAAA ADMINISTERS FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDED PROGRAMS IN TEN COUNTY SERVICE AREAS INCLUDING BUREAU, HENDERSON, HENRY, KNOX, LASALLE, MCDONOUGH, MERCER, PUTNAM, ROCK ISLAND AND WARREN COUNTIES. PROVIDES FOR THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES BASED ON COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES DELIVERY PLAN TO OLDER PERSONS IN THE SERVICE AREA. WIAAA MONITORS THE SUBGRANTEES AND PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. WIAAA PROVIDES LIMITED SERVICES DIRECTLY TO SENIORS IN THE AREA.
