RESTORE IS A DISCOUNT HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE-FRONT OPERATED BY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY LEHIGH VALLEY THAT PROVIDES AN ENVIRONMENTALLY AND SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE WAY TO KEEP GOOD, REUSABLE MATERIALS OUT OF LANDFILLS. THE ORGANIZATION ACCEPTS DONATIONS OF NEW OR GENTLY USED BUILDING MATERIALS, FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, AND HOME GOODS AND RESELLS THEM TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT REDUCED COSTS. PROFIT FROM THE RESTORE IS RETURNED TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY LEHIGH VALLEY TO HELP FUND HOMEBUILDING AND HOME REHABILITATION PROGRAMS.
CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION-RELATED COSTS OF HOMES WHICH WERE SOLD TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES ON A NO INTEREST BASIS. CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS ON SEVERAL OTHER NEW HOMES AND REHABILITATION PROJECTS.
