SACA DEVELOPMENT IS CURRENTLY EXPANDING OUR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS, NOW AT 2 LOCATIONS: TEC CENTRO EAST AND TEC CENTRO SOUTHWEST. CLASSES ARE IN PROGRESS AND EMPLOYERS ARE FINDING NEW, WELL TRAINED EMPLOYEES.THE SECOND PHASE OF OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT WILL BE COMPLETED THIS SUMMER. ALL NINE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOMES ARE UNDER SELLING AGREEMENT. WE ARE ALSO REHABILITATING SCATTERED SITE HOMES THROUGHOUT THE CITY TO SELL TO LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOMEBUYERS.OUR LATEST PROJECT, SOUGHT DUKE PLAZA, WILL PROVIDE TWO NEW PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDINGS AS WELL AS APARTMENTS IN THE SOUTHEAST AREA OF THE CITY.
