PRAMA WELLNESS CENTER - THE WELLNESS CENTER OPERATES RETREATS THAT EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT HEALTHY DIET AND LIDESTYLE. IT PROVIDED PARTICIPANTS WITH INDIVIDUALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PERSONAL DIET AND LIFESTYLE. IT PROVIDED PARTICIPANTS WITH INDIVIDUALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PERSONAL DIETS, EXERCISES AND OTHER CHANGES TO THEIR LIVES SO THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE THEIR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH IN A NATURAL WAY. THE WELLNESS CENTER OFFERED ONE DAY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR WELLNESS AS WELL AS PROVIDED ON-GOING HEALTH COACHING TO THOSE INTERESTED IN THIS SPORT.
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS - THE PRAMA INSTITUTE PARTNERS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO ASSIST THEM IN CONDUCTING RETREATS OR CONFERENCES AT THE PRAMA INSTITUTE FACILITIES.
