THE GROUP OF ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDES SOLUTIONS FOCUSED ON MEDICAL UTILIZATION REVIEW, HEALTH MANAGEMENT, QUALITY OF CARE, AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, PRIVATE INSURERS OF HEALTH SERVICES, AND SELF-INSURED BUSINESSES AND INDUSTRIES. TWO SPECIFIC PROGRAMS FOR WHICH THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES BENEFITS ARE THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH (MEDICAID) AND THE US DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
THE CREATION OF CUSTOMIZED, INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS THAT ENSURE PATIENTS ARE RECEIVING HIGH QUALITY, MEDICALLY NECESSARY SERVICES IN THE APPROPRIATE SETTING. THE SUITE OF SOLUTIONS INCLUDES MEDICAL MANAGEMENT, PROGRAM INTEGRITY, AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SERVICES.

POTENTIAL GRANTEE ORGANIZATIONS MUST PROVIDE THE ORGANIZATIONS' BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE PROJECT, OTHER FUNDING SOURCES, ANTICIPATED IMMEDIATE AND LONG-RANGE RESULTS, QUALIFICATIONS OF THE INDIVIDUALS ADMINISTERING THE PROJECT AND PLANS FOR MEASURING THE RESULTS.
