PURPOSE OF THE SOCIETY FOR THE PRESERVATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF BARBERSHOP QUARTET SINGING IN AMERICA. TEACHING THAT STYLE OF MUSIC TO MEN IN THE COMMUNITY. PERFORMING AT HOSPITAL, NURSING HOMES, SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES. ANNUAL PERFORMANCE DIRECTLY BENEFITTED OVER 800 AND INDIRECTLY 1100 PEOPLE.
PURPOSE OF VOCAL SYNERGY IS TO BRING IN MIXTURE OF MALE AND FEMALE SINGERS PERFORMING IN THE ACAPPELLA STYLES RANGE FROM GOSPEL MUSIC TO CONTEMPORARY TO BARBERSHOP QUARTETS AND CHORUSES. PERFORMING AT HOSPITAL, NURSING HOMES, SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES.
