NURSING STAFF PROVIDE INFUSION THERAPY, WOUND CARE, PATIENT EDUCATION AND DISEASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE HOME. THE THERAPY STAFF TEACH TRANSFER SKILLS, PROVIDE AMBULATION TRAINING, ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING TRAINING, EQUIPMENT TRAINING AND RESTORATIVE EXERCISES. THE SPEECH PATHOLOGISTS PROVIDE ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT OF SWALLOWING DISORDERS AND TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE NUTRITIONIST PROVIDES NUTRITION COUNSELING AND SPECIAL DIET INSTRUCTION.
