VNS IS COMMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PATIENT IN THE DELIVERY OF COMPREHENSIVE, COMPASSIONATE CARE. HOME HEALTH CARE IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE BASIC HOME HEALTH SERVICES TO PATIENTS WHO CAN BE CARED FOR AT HOME. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO LOW INCOME AND INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT REGARD TO ABILITY TO PAY. PROVIDED SERVICES INCLUDE, SKILLED NURSING, PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, TELEHEALTH SERVICES, MEDICAL SOCIAL WORK AND HOME HEALTH AIDES.


HOSPICE CARE IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO CARE FOR TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS THROUGH THE USE OF THE INTER-DISCIPLINARY TEAM THAT INCLUDES REGISTERED NURSE, HOME HEALTH AIDE, AND MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER, PASTORAL SPIRITUAL COUNSELING AND BEREAVEMENT COUNSELING:
