IN 2017, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED CARE AND FOUND HOMES FOR 1,042 DOGS AND CATS. THESE ANIMALS WERE SURRENDERED TO OUR ADOPTION CENTER BY PREVIOUS OWNERS OR TRANSFERRED TO OUR FACILITY FROM OTHER ANIMAL ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. ALL ANIMALS BROUGHT INTO OUR CARE RECEIVE VACCINATIONS, MEDICAL TREATMENT, AND ARE SPAYED OR NEUTERED PRIOR TO ADOPTION.
LOW COST VACCINATION CLINICS ARE OFFERED TO THE PUBLIC ON A REGULAR BASIS. MANY OF OUR CLIENTS SAY THEY COULD NOT AFFORD TO PROVIDE THIS TYPE OF CARE FOR THEIR PETS WITHOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF THIS SERVICE.
ORGANIZATION OFFERS LOW COST SPAY/NEUTER PROCEDURE SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF UNWANTED LITTERS, AND THEREBY REDUCE THE NUMBER OF HEALTHY, ADOPTABLE ANIMALS THAT ARE KILLED SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HOME.
