THE GRANTS ALSO PAY FOR THE WAGES OF PAPA'S HOUSE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND STAFF AND THE COSTS OF THE ASSOCIATED CHELSEA EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY CENTER AND NOH OUTREACH.
