PROVIDED RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTS AND SERVICES FOR ADULTS WHO HAVE A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY AND WHO MEET THE FEDERAL MEDICAID REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS SERVICE. ICF TEACHES, ENCOURAGES, AND SUPPORTS INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN MEANINGFUL COMMUNITY COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT, VOLUNTEER POSITIONS OR OTHER COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES OF THEIR CHOICE. GRS IS COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY INCLUSION FOR ALL PEOPLE RECEIVING SERVICES.


SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH CHOOSING, ACQUIRING, AND MAINTAINING A JOB FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. SERVICES INCLUDE: PRE-JOB TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES TO PREPARE A PARTICIPANT TO ENGAGE IN MEANINGFUL WORK-RELATED ACTIVITIES.
