GROUP HOME PROGRAMS - SMALL COMMUNITY RESIDENCES PROVIDE 24 HOUR SUPERVISION AND TRAINING TO FOSTER THE PERSONAL GROWTH AND INDEPENDENCE OF THE RESIDENTS. INDIVIDUALS LIVE IN A FAMILY-LIKE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE COUNSELORS ASSIST RESIDENTS IN DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS. MOST RESIDENTS REQUIRE TOTAL CARE. THE NURSING STAFF OF RNS AND LPNS SUPPORT THOSE INDIVIDUALS WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS.
SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM - A LESS STRUCTURED LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THOSE ADULTS CAPABLE OF LIVING SEMI-INDEPENDENTLY IN TOWNHOMES OR APARTMENTS. EACH RESIDENT RECEIVES THE DEGREE OF SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION THEY REQUIRE BY DEDICATED, TRAINED STAFF MEMBERS.
