CHRISTIAN CARE COMMUNITIES ENHANCES THE JOURNEY OF LIFE FOR THOSE WE SERVE. RECOGNIZING THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL CHRISTIAN CARE OFFERS AN ARRAY OF HOUSING AND CARE OPTIONS INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIVING, 24-HOUR SKILLED NURSING CARE, ADULT DAY CARE, REHABILITATION SERVICES, AND PASTORAL CARE. OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE PROVIDING SERVICES TO OLDER ADULTS. WITH FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS LOCATED THROUGHOUT KENTUCKY, WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THOSE WE SERVE WITH AFFORDABLE HOUSING, COMPASSIONATE CARE AND SERVICES THAT TRULY FOSTER INDEPENDENCE, DIGNITY, AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.

HEALTH CENTERS: WHETHER THE NEED IS SHORT OR LONG-TERM CARE, OUR CHRISTIAN HEALTH CENTERS ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SKILLED COMPASSIONATE NURSING CARE AS WELL AS PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPY TO OLDER ADULTS.


GARDEN HOMES: AS THE NUMBER OF OLDER ADULTS CONTINUES TO GROW, SO DOES OUR COMMITMENT TO PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SENIORS TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN OUR CARING COMMUNITY SETTING, WITH A REAL SENSE OF SECURITY AND BELONGING. OUR GARDEN HOMES PLAY A KEY ROLE IN THE CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT WE PROVIDE WITHIN OUR COMMUNITIES. OUR CHAPLAINS MINISTER TO THE NEEDS OF OUR RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES, WHILE OUR ACTIVITY DIRECTORS ENSURE THAT ALL RESIDENTS IN OUR COMMUNITIES HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE IN FUN, EDUCATIONAL, AND STIMULATING EVENTS.
