OPERATION OF A SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY ONE HUNDRED FIFTY INDIVIDUALS. OUR SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE IN-HOME ASSISTANCE AND RESPOND TO THE DESIRES AND SELF-EXPRESSED NEEDS OF CLIENTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
OPERATION OF COMMUNITY CENTER FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
OPERATION OF THREE INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITIES WHICH SERVE TWENTY-ONE ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. OUR INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITIES ARE OPERATED TO ENCOURAGE AS NORMAL A LIVING ENVIRONMENT AS POSSIBLE AND TO PROVIDE THE LEAST RESTRICTED AND MOST INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT POSSIBLE.
