PROVIDING LIVING ARRANGEMENTS IN THE COMMUNITY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHO ARE NOT CAPABLE OF LIVING INDEPENDENTLY. THE AGE OF THE PERSON IS NOT RESTRICTED. MANY ELDERLY PERSONS LIVE IN THE RESIDENTIAL SETTINGS, SOME IN SPECIALLY DESIGNED HOUSING THAT ALLOWS THEM TO STAY UNTIL END OF LIFE. PERSONS UNDER AGE 15 ARE NOT ENCOURAGED TO MOVE INTO RESIDENTIAL ARRANGEMENTS IF THEY HAVE VIABLE FAMILIES. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES PROVIDING SERVICES TO ELDERLY PERSONS, BOTH NON-HANDICAPPED AND HANDICAPPED.
