RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - BRIAN'S HOUSE OPERATES A NETWORK OF GROUP HOMES FOR 161 DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. THESE COMMUNITY LIVING ARANGEMENTS ARE HIGHLY INDIVIDUALIZED, ACCOMMODATE A WIDE RANGE OF ABILITY LEVELS, AND PROVIDE 24-HOUR SUPERVISION. ON-SITE NURSING IS PROVIDED AROUND THE CLOCK FOR THE MEDICALLY FRAGILE. COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT SERVICES MAXIMIZE PROGRESS TOWARD SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. STAFF MEMBERS LEAD A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE TRUST, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILTY, SOCIALIZATION, AND ADAPTIVE WAYS OF MEETING PERSONAL NEEDS. A VARIETY OF DAY SERVICE PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE TO MEET PERSONAL NEEDS.
ADULT DAY SERVICES - THE ADULT DAY SERVICES PROGRAM SERVES 160 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDERS. SERVICES INCLUDE SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILL BUILDING, SELF HELP TASK GUIDANCE AND TRAINING, SUPERVISED WORKSHOP EMPLOYMENT, AND COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT. EXPERIENCED STAFF MEMBERS COMBINE ATTENTIVE SUPERVISION WITH A PERSONALIZED APPROACH TO HABILITATION THAT INCLUDES FREQUENT COMMUNICATION WITH FAMILY MEMBERS.
