EMPLOYMENT - WE BELIEVE THAT ALL PEOPLE CAN LEAD PRODUCTIVE, FULFILLING LIVES AS CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AT CAU ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES WITH AN ARRAY OF EMPLOYMENT NEEDS, FROM PREVOCATIONAL TRAINING TO SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT. IN ADDITION TO THE BROAD ARRAY OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND YOU-AT-RISK, CAU ALSO WOKS WITH SCHOOLS TO CONNECT YOUTH WITH VITAL SERVICES TO ENHANCE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN ADULT LIFE, AND PROVIDES SUPPORT TO EMPLOYERS WHO ARE BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE WORKFORCE WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WIHT DISABILITIES.
