ENGAGED AN ADVOCATE TO SUPPORT LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS THAT ENHANCE RETAIL ENERGY MARKET OPPORTUNITIES AND OPPOSE LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS THAT WOULD DISADVANTAGE COMPETITIVE ENERGY SUPPLIERS. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH COMMUNICATIONS BEFORE THE LEGISLATURE AND REGULATORY AGENCIES.


ENGAGED IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS BEFORE REGULATORY AGENCIES THAT ENHANCE RETAIL MARKET OPPORTUNITIES, PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF RETAIL ELECTRIC COMPETITION BEFORE COMMISSION POLICY MAKERS AND HIGHLIGHTING THE CONSUMER BENEFITS OF COMPETITION.
