GBI EDUCATES ITS COMMUNITY ON GREEN BUILDING PRACTICES THROUGH PROMOTION AND USE OF ITS ANSI-APPROVED GREEN GLOBES CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS, WHICH ENCOURAGE INCORPORATION OF SUSTAINABLE, HEALTHY, AND RESILIENT FEATURES IN COMMERCIAL AND MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS.ADDITIONALLY, GBI SUPPORTS FEDERAL HIGH PERFORMANCE BUILDING REQUIREMENTS THROUGH CUSTOM ASSESSMENT PROGRAMS, SUCH AS THE GUIDING PRINCIPLES COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING BUILDINGS.SEE SCHEDULE O.TO HELP PROMOTE AND ENHANCE GREEN BUILDING EDUCATION AND THE ADOPTION OF BEST PRACTICES, GBI HAS CREATED THE GREEN GLOBES EMERGING PROFESSIONAL (GGEP), THE GREEN GLOBES PROFESSIONAL (GGP), GREEN GLOBES ASSESSOR (GGA), AND GUIDING PRINICIPLES COMPLIANCE PROFESSIONAL (GPCP) CREDENTIALING PROGRAMS TO ENSURE THAT TRAINED INDIVIDUALS ARE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST IN THE ASSESSMENT AND RATING PROCESS.GBI IS A THOUGHT LEADER ON SUSTAINABILITY, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, RESILIENCE, ESG, AND NET ZERO OBJECTIVES RELATED TO BUILDINGS.
