LONG-TERM CARE FOR THE ELDERLY PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT, COMPANIONSHIP, HOMEMAKING, PERSONAL CARE, AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS TO NUMEROUS ELDERLY CLIENTS.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR THE AGING INCLUDES TITLE III PROGRAMS: III-B, IIIC-1, AND IIIC-2. SERVICES PROVIDED ARE CONGREGATE MEALS, NUTRITION EDUCATION, MEAL SCREENING, TRAINING, HEALTH SUPPORT, RECREATION, ASSESSMENT, TRANSPORTATION, HOME DELIVERED MEALS, AND NUTRITION EDUCATION.
COMMUNITY CARE FOR THE ELDERLY THE ABOVE PROGRAM SERVES ELDERLY CLIENTS OF TAYLOR COUNTY WITH THE FOLLOWING SERVICES MEASURED IN UNITS OF SERVICE: CASE MANAGEMENT; COMPANIONSHIP; HOME DELIVERED MEALS, HOMEAKER SERVICES, PERSONAL CARE, RESPITE IN HOME, AND SPECIALIZED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.
