THE LEGACY LINK, INC, PROVIDES DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, AND IS DESIGNED TO SECURE AND MAINTAIN MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE AND DIGNITITY FOR THE ELDERLY AND THEIR FAMILIES.SERVICES INCLDUE, CONGREGATE AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS, TRANSPORTATION, HOMEMAKER SERVICES, ALZHEIMER CARE, NUTRITION EDUCATION, HEALTH SCREENINGS, AND ELDERLY LEGAL SERVICES. THE LEGACY LINK ALSO WORKS WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO ARRANGE FOR HEALTH RELATED SERVICES FOR SENIORS AND DISABLE PERSONS TO HELP THEM STAY IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES, THIS AVOIDING PREMATURE NURSING HOME PLACEMENT.
