THE MORSELIFE HOUSING CORPORATION'S ASSISTED LIVING AND INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITIES INCLUDE 326 UNITS, INCLUDING STUDIO, ONE-BEDROOM, AND TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS. RESIDENTS HAVE THE OPTION TO ENHANCE THEIR LIVING ARRANGEMENT WITH EXTRA LEVELS OF CARE THAT PROVIDES ADDITIONAL HANDS-ON CARE. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE MEALS, NURSING CARE, RECREATION, AND SOCIAL SERVICES. ALL ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTS ARE AT RISK FOR LONG-TERM CARE (SKILLED NURSING FACILITY PLACEMENT). THE ASSISTED LIVING ENVIRONMENT (AVERAGE AGE 90+) IS INSTRUMENTAL IN AVOIDING AND/OR DELAYING PLACEMENT IN AN INSTITUTIONAL SETTING.
