LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS: THE ORGANIZATION TRAINS RISING POLICY EXPERTS EACH YEAR AS TRUMAN FELLOWS. THE ORGANIZATION TRAINS RISING LEADERS WHO ARE ACTIVISTS, ELECTED OFFICIALS, AND COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANTS THROUGH OUR PARTNERS PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION TRAINS MILITARY VETERANS AND FRONTLINE CIVILIANS AS PART OF OUR DEFENSE COUNCIL PROGRAM. WITH ALL THREE GROUPS, THE ORGANIZATION TEACHES THEM ABOUT DEFENSE, DEVELOPMENT, DIPLOMACY AND DEMOCRACY POLICY THROUGH A SERIES OF CURATED "101" TRAINING PROGRAMS (E.G., MILITARY 101, DEVELOPMENT 101, CLIMATE & ENERGY 101). WE ALSO OFFER ALL THREE GROUPS A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR, INCLUDING A STRUCTURED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM DURING THEIR ASSOCIATE (FIRST) YEAR AS TRUMAN MEMBERS.
