THE CENTERRA RETAIL SALES FEE CORPORATION ("RSF") WAS ESTABLISHED AS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING, HOLDING AND DISBURSING THE RETAIL SALES FEE INCOME AS MANDATED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE "DECLARATION OF COVENANTS IMPOSING AND IMPLEMENTING THE CENTERRA RETAIL SALES FEE" DATED JULY 6, 2004 (COVENANTS). THESE ARE THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES OF THE RSF. THESE ACTIVITIES SUPPORT THE PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF LOVELAND, COLORADO ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION OF THE LOVELAND CITY COUNCIL ON JANUARY 20, 2004 AND SUPPORT THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT OF THE CENTERRA METRO DISTRICT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.
