CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM (CACFP):WE ARE ONE OF NEW MEXICO'S LARGEST ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITIES FOR THE CACFP PROGRAM SERVING OVER 2,378 CHILDREN DAILY IN 400 HOMES, 24 UNAFFILIATED CENTERS AND 26 AFFILIATED CENTERS WITH OVERSIGHT OF 1,683,107 MEALS.


LOW-INCOME MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY:BELLA VISTA APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF TAOS, NEW MEXICO. THE PROJECT OPERATES 40 LOW-INCOME RENTAL UNITS. VILLA LAS VEGAS APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEW MEXICO AND THE PROJECT OPERATES 60 LOW INCOME RENTAL UNITS. LADERA APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF FARMINGTON, NEW MEXICO AND IT OPERATES 60 LOW-INCOME RENTAL UNITS. ALL PROJECTS ARE REGULATED UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 42. PROVIDING AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS IS A MAJOR COMPONENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING EFFORTS. THE PROJECT OFFERS RENT SUBSIDIES BASED ON RESIDENTS' INCOME LEVELS.


REGIONAL COALITION OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES (RCLC):WE PROVIDE DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE PARTNERSHIP TO CREATE ONE VOICE TO ENSURE NATIONAL DECISIONS INCORPORATE LOCAL NEEDS AND CONCERNS. THE COALITION'S FOCUS IS COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SITE EMPLOYMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION AND ADEQUATE FUNDING FOR LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL LABORATORY (LANL). THE RCLC IS COMPRISED OF NINE CITIES, COUNTIES AND PUEBLOS SURROUNDING THE US DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S LANL.
