CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM (CACFP):WE ARE ONE OF NEW MEXICO'S LARGEST ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITIES FOR THE CACFP PROGRAM SERVING OVER 4,000 CHILDREN DAILY IN 387 HOMES, 12 UNAFFILIATED CENTERS AND 18 AFFILIATED CENTERS.
LOW-INCOME MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY:BELLA VISTA APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF TAOS, NEW MEXICO. THE PROJECT OPERATES 40 LOW-INCOME RENTAL UNITS. VILLA LAS VEGAS APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEW MEXICO AND THE PROJECT OPERATES 60 LOW INCOME RENTAL UNITS. LADERA APARTMENTS IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF FARMINGTON, NEW MEXICO AND IT OPERATES 60 LOW-INCOME RENTAL UNITS. ALL PROJECTS ARE REGULATED UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 42. PROVIDING AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS IS A MAJOR COMPONENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING EFFORTS. THE PROJECT OFFERS RENT SUBSIDIES BASED ON RESIDENTS' INCOME LEVELS.
