IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS DEFINED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION WILL PRODUCE PLAYS AND OTHER THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES IN THE NEW CANAAN COMMUNITY PERFORMED BY LOCAL AND NEIGHBORING RESIDENTS AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL ACTORS. THE CORPORATION WILL CREATE MULTI-GERNERATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO EDUCATE AND PERPETUATE INTEREST AND APPRECIATION IN PERFORMANCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS.
