IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT LICENSED HOME CARE SERVICE AGENCY THAT WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE PERSONAL CARE SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS WHO REQUIRE SUCH SERVICES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES SAFELY AT HOME. THE ORGANIZATION IS FUNDED PRIMARILY BY MANAGED CARE REVENUES. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT TO HOME CARE CLIENTS IN NEW YORK.
