AS A COMMUNITY BASED PROVIDER, BJCCHAS HAS BOTH AS ITS MISSION AND THE ABILITY TO ENABLE CLIENTS TO HELP CLIENTS REMAIN SAFELY AT HOME IN THE COMMUNITY.
