RISEBORO HOMECARE, A NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH LICENSED HOME HEALTH AGENCY, HAS A MISSION TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE, QUALITY HOME CARE SERVICES TO THE FRAIL, THE ELDERLY AND THE DISABLED WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, ETHNICITY, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, ECONOMIC RESOURCES, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS.RISEBORO HOMECARE ASSISTS CLIENTS IN MAINTAINING THEIR INDEPENDENCE BY ASSISTING THEM WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, WHICH ENABLE THEM TO FUNCTION AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE IN THEIR COMMUNITY WHILE MAINTAINING THEIR DIGNITY AND SELF ESTEEM.
