WON A FEDERAL LAWSUIT UNDER THE VOTING RIGHTS ACT STRIKING DOWN A TEXAS STATE PROVISION RESTRICTING LANGUAGE ACCESS FOR LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASIAN AMERICAN VOTERS.
