THE WATERFRONT PROJECT WFP PROVIDED ONE-ON-ONE HOUSING COUNSELING AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION FOR LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS OF HUDSON COUNTY. THE LEGAL WORK INCLUDED PREPARING WILLS, POWERS OF ATTORNEY AND LIVING WILLS FOR LOW-INCOME SENIORS AND REPRESENTATING TENANTS FACING ISSUES WITH THEIR LANDLORDS.
