YOUNG ADULT CENTER - PROVIDES HOME-LIKE TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM WHICH IS A BRIDGE BETWEEN THE STREET/SHELTER/FOSTER CARE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR YOUNG MEN AGED 18-25 YEARS OLD. RESIDENTS RECEIVE INTENSIVE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES SUCH AS SOCIAL SERVICE COUNSELING, SUSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING, VOCATIONAL COUNSELING, HOUSING, AND PLACEMENT INTO INDEPENDENT LIVING.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES - PROVIDE RECOVERY SERVICES TO OVER 300 MEN AND WOMEN AGES 18 AND ABOVE, INCLUDING MEDICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES, VOCATIONAL COUNSELING, JOB PLACEMENT, BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS, HELP FOR TARGET POPULATIONS INCLUDING THOSE WITH SPECIFIC ISSUES, SUCH AS: PAROLE STATUS, MENTALLY ILL, CHEMICAL ABUSERS, ANGER MANAGEMENT, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND THOSE IN NEED OF LIFESTYLE DIRECTIONS.
