COMMUNITY HABILITATION - NEW YORK FAMILIES FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN, INC. EMPOWERS PEOPLE WITH AUTISM AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO LIVE RICHER, INDEPENDENT AND FULFILLING LIVES. WE PROVIDE AT-HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES THAT SUPPORT PEOPLE'S WELLBEING, SO THAT THEY MAY ENJOY MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY, GROW AND FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
