COMMUNITY HABILITATION - NEW YORK FAMILIES FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN, INC. EMPOWERS PEOPLE WITH AUTISM AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO LIVE RICHER, INDEPENDENT AND FULFILLING LIVES. WE PROVIDE AT-HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES THAT SUPPORT PEOPLE'S WELLBEING, SO THAT THEY MAY ENJOY MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY, GROW AND FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE DAY HABILITATION, COMMUNITY HABILITATION, FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES AND RESPITE SERVICES.
