EDUCATIONAL AND GUIDANCE SERVICES FOR YOUTH AND FAMILIES: THESE SERVICES DESIGNED TO INSTRUCT, GUIDE, AND EMPOWER HIGH-RISK YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS THROUGH CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION, ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES AND ISSUE-SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS. LTI ALSO CONDUCTS DEVELOPMENTAL AND CAREER-ORIENTED SERVICES FOR YOUTH IN HIGH SCHOOL. LTI ASSISTS YOUTH WITH ACADEMIC SUPPORT THROUGH MENTORING AND TUTORIAL PROGRAMS. LTI'S EDUCATIONAL AND GUIDANCE SERVICES PROMOTE LEARNING AND FAMILY ADVOCACY, ENSURING BRIGHTER OUTCOMES FOR YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES.


EMPLOYMENT AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: THESE SERVICES FOCUS ON SUPPORTING THE HIGH-RISK ADULT POPULATION SEEKING EMPLOYMENT. WE ALSO OFFER JOB PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH COMMUNITY AND CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS.


RE-ENTRY SERVICES: THESE SERVICES ASSIST INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS AND FORMERLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS TO SUCCESSFULLY REINTEGRATE BACK INTO SOCIETY. THE SERVICES ASSIST JUSTICE INVOLVED INDIVIDUAL'S RE-ENTRY BY PROVIDING COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION (CBI) TRAINING, COMPREHENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT, ASSISTING CLIENTS IN THE NAVIGATION OF HOUSING REFERRALS, SUBSTANCE USE SERVICES, ANGER MANAGEMENT TREATMENT, COUNSELING, MENTORING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES.
