LTI ALSO CONDUCTS DEVELOPMENTAL AND CAREER-ORIENTED SERVICES FOR YOUTH IN HIGH SCHOOL. LTI ASSISTS YOUTH WITH ACADEMIC SUPPORT THROUGH MENTORING AND TUTORIAL PROGRAMS.
