AT THE SPORTS MUSEUM, WE CELEBRATE THE CHARACTER OF BOSTON SPORTS -- THE UNIQUE BRAND OF TEAMWORK, DETERMINATION, RESPONSIBILITY, COURAGE, FAIRNESS, AND OTHER QUALITIES OF CHARACTER POSSESSED BY OUR TEAMS AND ATHLETES THAT MAKE BOSTON "THE GREATEST SPORTS CITY IN AMERICA." EQUALLY IMPORTANT, WE USE THIS DISTINCTLY RICH HERITAGE TO HELP BUILD CHARACTER IN KIDS SO THAT THEY CAN STAND STRONG IN THE FACE OF DRUGS, VIOLENCE, AND OTHER DANGERS. APPROXIMATELY 25,000 STUDENTS PER YEAR EXPERIENCE BOSTON VS. BULLIES, STAND STRONG, OR ONE OF OUR OTHER CHARACTER-BUILDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT WE OFFER TO THIS END.

MAINTENANCE OF FACILITY FOR SPORTS MEMORABILIA (THE MUSEUM) IN THE BOSTON AND NEW ENGLAND AREA. PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY AND VIEW THE MEMORABILIA.
STAND STRONG REVOLVES AROUND FIVE ELEMENTS OF CHARACTER -DETERMINATION, COURAGE, TEAMWORK, FAIRNESS, AND RESPONSIBILITY. THE PROGRAM WORKS WITH AT-RISK YOUTH THROUGH INVOLVEMENT WITH MUSEUM ACTIVITIES, SCHOOL SESSIONS, FIELD TRIPS, COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS AND PRESENTATIONS FROM BOSTON ATHLETES TO GIVE THEM THE TOOLS TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES IN THE FACE OF DRUGS, VIOLENCE, AND OTHER DANGERS.
BOSTON VS. BULLIES IS OUR INNOVATIVE ANTI-BULLYING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THAT FEATURES CURRENT ATHLETES FROM BOSTON'S PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS AND LEVERAGES THE POWERFUL PLATFORM OF BOSTON SPORTS IN ORDER TO STOP BULLYING IN OUR SCHOOLS AND IN OUR COMMUNITY.
