TO STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY FOR EACH OF ITS MEMBERS BY PROVIDING PREMIER DEVELOPMENTAL, THERAPEUTIC, EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS OF ALL ABILITIES IN A COLLABORATIVE AND CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - HAS 33 24-HOUR FACILITIES HOUSING OVER 148 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES; PROVIDES LESS THAN 24 HR SERVICE TO 75 PEOPLE LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY.


CHILDRENS AND YOUTH SERVICES - OVER 1,200 INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES RECEIVED EARLY INTERVENTION AND OTHER OUTREACH AND GROUP SERVICES FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN INCLUDING DAY CARE.


DAY AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - PROVIDES SERVICES TO MEET THE WORK NEEDS OF DISABLED ADULTS AND FACILITATE THEIR PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY-BASED EMPLOYMENT, ALONG WITH OPPORTUNITIES IN JOB PLACEMENT, SHELTERED WORKSHOP, SUPPORTED WORK, DAY HABILITATION, AND COMMUNITY SOCIAL EXPERIENCES. SERVED OVER 300 PEOPLE IN FY2022.


FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER & COMMUNITY EDUCATION - PROVIDES RESOURCES AND REFERRAL AND SERVICE NAVIGATION TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES OR OTHER AT-RISK ISSUES. ALSO PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL/COMMUNITY SUPPORTS, RESPITE CARE, AND ADULT FOSTER CARE SERVICES. OVER 3,000 FAMILIES RECEIVED SERVICES IN FY2022.
