THE ASSOCIATION IS A NOT FOR PROFIT THAT EMPLOYS 51 EMPLOYEES, 24 OF WHOM ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION.THE BUSINESS DIVISION/CONTRACT SERVICE DIVISION EMPLOYS 38 INDIVIDUALS, 23 OF WHOM ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED. QUALITY EMPLOYMENT FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS IS CREATED IN ROLL STOCK PAPER CONVERSION, SWITCHBOARD, ASSEMBLY, AND RELATED JOBS.
