OWC IS A NON-PROFIT AGENCY THAT SUPPORTS PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES IN EASTERN CONNECTICUT. WE A COMMITTED TO PROVIDING THE BEST INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTS TO ASSIST EVERYONE TO FIND MEANINGFUL VOCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND/OR GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES THAT FIT THEIR PERSONAL GOALS. WE WORK TOGETHER TO FOSTER A SENSE OF RESPECT AND DIGNITY WHICH ENABLES OUR PARTICIPANTS TO WORK AND LIVE WITH A QUALITY OF LIFE.

DAY PROGRAM SERVICES- SUPPORTS APPROXIMATELY 101 ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL, COGNITIVE AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES IN THEIR JOURNEY TO LIVE SUCCESSFULLY BY SETIING THE STANDARD IN PROVIDING PROGRAM EXCELLENCE, SKILL TRAINING, MENTORING AND ADVOCACY. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SERVICES THAT AID IN POSITIVE SELF IMAGE WHICH WILL FOSTER A SENSE OF RESPECT AND DIGNITY FOR THE INDIVIDUALS WE SERVE AND ENABLE THEM TO WORK AND LIVE WITH QUALITY OF LIFE.
