THE CONCORD-CARLISLE COMMUNITY CHEST SOLICITS FUNDS ANNUALLY TO SUPPORT LOCAL HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS AND PROGRAMS HELPING OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED. AN ALLOCATIONS COMMITTEE COMPRISED OF TEAMS OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS ASSESS GRANT APPLICATIONS, MAKE SITE VISITS AND MEET WITH GRANT APPLICANTS, AND INFORM THE BOARD'S GRANT-MAKING DECISIONS.
WIN FUND- THROUGH DISCRETE COMMUNITY DONATIONS, THE CONCORD-CARLISLE COMMUNITY CHEST ADMINISTERS THE WHEN IN NEED (WIN) FUND, TO ADDRESS UNEXPECTED AND EMERGENT NEEDS AS THEY ARISE IN THE COMMUNITIES OF CONCORD AND CARLISLE.
