AN ALLOCATIONS COMMITTEE COMPRISED OF TEAMS OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS ASSESS GRANT APPLICATIONS, MAKE SITE VISITS AND MEET WITH GRANT APPLICANTS, AND INFORM THE BOARD'S GRANT-MAKING DECISIONS.
