THE CHILDREN'S RESCUE FUND (THE "FUND") OPERATES ICAHN HOUSE BRONX A 65-UNIT COMPLEX LOCATED IN THE SOUTH BRONX AREA OF NEW YORK CITY. CRF-HOUSE EAST (EAST) A 199-UNIT FACILITY LOCATED IN NYC AND CRF-CLUSTER MODEL PROGRAM (CMP) 300 - 400 UNITS. ALL PROVIDE EMERGENCY AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING TO HOMELESS FAMILIES CONSISTING OF SINGLE PREGNANT WOMEN AND SINGLE WOMEN WITH CHILDREN. IN ADDITION TO HOUSING, THE FUND PROVIDES SOCIAL SERVICES ON-SITE, INCLUDING JOB COUNSELING, ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING PERMANENT HOUSING, AND NUTRITION COUNSELING. THE FUND IS AFFILIATED WITH MONTEFIORE MEDICAL CENTER, WHICH PROVIDES MEDICAL ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT SERVICES TO THE FUND RESIDENTS THROUGH ITS DEERFIELD CLINIC. CHILD CARE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH AN ON-SITE DAY CARE PROGRAM.
