ENROOT'S PROGRAM IS AN INTENSIVE INTERVENTION PROGRAM FOR NEW IMMIGRANT YOUTH. THE PROGRAM'S HOLISTIC MODEL INCLUDES WEEKLY LEADERSHIP SEMINARS, ACADEMIC TUTORING, ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING, JOB READINESS TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE.
