ODAC CONTRACTS WITH THE STATE OF OREGON TO PROVIDE INDIGENT DEFENSE LEGAL SERVICES IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON. ODAC ALLOCATES THE WORK TO ITS PROVIDER MEMBERS/CONTRACTORS, WHO RECEIVE APPROXIMATELY 40% OF THEIR REGULAR HOURLY RATES FOR CASES ASSIGNED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
