INLAND COUNTIES LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDES FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS OR MATTERS TO PERSONS FINANCIALLY UNABLE TO AFFORD LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN RIVERSIDE AND SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES. THE OBJECTIVE FOR EACH ACTIVITY IS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICES TO AS MANY ELIGIBLE PERSONS FINANCIALLY UNABLE TO AFFORD LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN RIVERSIDE AND SAN BERNARDINO COUNTIES. THE OBJECTIVE FOR EACH ACTIVITY IS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICES TO AS MANY ELIGIBLE CLIENTS AS REASONABLY COULD BE ACHIEVED WITH THE PROGRAM'S RESOURCES.
